Man arrested in connection with Quinn murder case

GardaĆ­ investigating the death of Paul Quinn have arrested a 50-year-old man.

He was detained in Dundalk this morning at around 9.30am.

He is the 11th person to be arrested in connection with the killing on both sides of the border.

21-year-old Paul Quinn was beaten to death by a gang of men after being lured to remote farm in Co Monaghan.

The body set up to monitor paramilitary ceasefires has concluded that the killing was arranged by IRA members and their associates in south Armagh.
